For two decades, Matt Brainard has specialized in representing corporate tenants on a local, national and global basis. He works closely with his clients on implementing real estate and work place strategies. In today's world, this means helping them navigate through the pandemic, while simultaneously helping them define what their future workspace and lease structure looks like and how this will enable their business to thrive.
As a member of Savills Tech Practice Group and Law Firm Practice Group, he has tenaciously negotiated large and complex commercial real estate transactions on behalf of tech, legal, media, entertainment, advertising, life sciences, financial and professional services companies, allotting more than 4.5 million square feet.
Him and his team deliver a full scope of integrated services including site search and selection, occupancy cost reductions, capital containment, lease and sale negotiations, transaction management, financial modeling, workplace strategy, project management, critical technology facilities, lease administration, operating expense audits and multi-location portfolio advisory.
