Bio
As lifelong residents of the Hayward area, Matt’s wife, Amber, and him are very grateful to be able to serve the community that they love. It is also a privilege to be able to raise their two children, Tyler, and Tenley, in this beautiful Northwoods atmosphere.
After graduating from Hayward High School, Matt attended UW-Eau Claire to double major in Elementary Education and Kinesiology. He returned to Hayward after graduation and accepted a position as a 3rd Grade teacher at Hayward Intermediate School where he was able to work for 16 years. He also was a coach in the Boys’ Basketball Program for 15 years. When presented with the opportunity to become the owners of Woodland Dev. & Realty, Amber and he felt that it was time to make that change.
Matt truly enjoys working with people of all ages to help them reach their goals. Their strong ties to this community and local expertise will help to guide you through the process of buying or selling your property. They would be honored to work with you and help to make your dream a reality.
