Matias Alem was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at age 18. One year later, he started his career in Real Estate. Matias graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami. With nearly 20 years’ experience in Real Estate, he is the founder and CEO of Beyond Realty Group (BRG), a Miami Beach based, multidisciplinary investment and development company that specializes in high-end real estate and income producing communities, Matias manages a vertically integrated investment and development company which operates from investment, sales, architecture/design, construction to management.
Through the BRG companies, in recent years, Matias has been directly responsible for managing hundreds of millions of dollars of investment in South Florida, including real estate sales, design, development & construction of residential projects. Achieving a portfolio of successfully completed exclusive high-level projects and property investments. His extensive expertise in luxury real estate & income producing communities earned him the trust of international clients and prominent high net worth investors who are attracted to South Florida and United States Real Estate markets.
