Mr. Barbiasz supports Raintree Partners’ acquisitions and development platforms through financial modeling, analysis, market research and due diligence. He also assists with debt restructuring and portfolio asset management.
Prior to joining Raintree, Mr. Barbiasz served as analyst for Bascom Group, underwriting $6 billion in multifamily acquisitions. He also worked as capital markets associate with Steadfast Companies. Mr. Barbiasz began his career with Timbers Resorts, a boutique developer of luxury hotels.
Mr. Barbiasz holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Georgetown University where he was a member of their Div. I NCAA varsity football team. He is a member of Urban Land Institute.
