Mason has 8 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mason has held roles in Asset Management, Acquisitions, Consulting, and Tenant/Landlord Representation. Mason began his real estate career at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he oversaw a $5.7B portfolio of multifamily and retail assets across the United States. Subsequently, Mason was a Senior Real Estate Consultant at a consulting firm in Annapolis, focused on Asset Management of military housing and Project Management for high priority military real estate transactions.
Mason has been with Thomas Park for 3 years as a Senior Asset Manager and subsequently Executive Vice President, overseeing a portfolio of 9M SF of directly owned and third-party managed assets. During his time at Thomas Park, Mason has assisted in the closing of approximately $200M of leasing and sales transaction volume.
Mason obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia, where he was also a member of the varsity wrestling team.
