Bio
Mash was born in Morgantown, WV, grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and has called Cleveland his home now for more than eighteen years. He graduated from North Olmsted High School and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Bowling Green State University where he was also a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. Upon graduation, he returned home and went to graduate school at Cleveland State University to obtain his master’s in accounting. He spent six years in the field of accounting working in both the public and private sectors and enjoyed his time learning but was always looking for a new opportunity in the field of real estate. Currently, Mash lives on Cleveland’s west side in West Park and enjoys the vibrant community atmosphere.
Mash’s first exposure to real estate occurred when his family moved from Cleveland to Pittsburgh. Although moving at a younger age was a challenging time for him, their real estate agent made it an immensely positive journey. The realtor was instrumental in helping them move from the only home he had ever known making it a genuinely great experience. She was able to guide them to the appropriate realtor in Cleveland through her vast connections who were just as able and willing to help. Mash did not know it at the time, but that was an experience that would stick with him for years to come.
He spent several years developing himself in the accounting field while away at college but was introduced back into the real estate field one summer while back home. He had the opportunity to work for a property manager located in Cleveland Heights, expanding his horizons in the field. His role there consisted of working alongside a realtor to prepare a house for sale/rent which enabled him to interact with clients on a one-on-one basis. He had the great opportunity to shadow and learn how to help clients develop their homes to either be rented or sold to potential clients on the market. He assisted the realtor and clients by taking a large burden off their shoulders and helping them meet their goals through a positive, yet challenging experience.
Mash’s goal as a realtor is to treat others how he would like to be treated while assisting them in a common goal. For him that means to be honest and fair and above all else have his client’s best interest at heart. He wants to exceed all the expectations that one will have as a realtor. Mash is privileged to be a member of the Premier Ohio Sales Team of Keller Williams.
