MaryAnn came to Chico in 1973 to attend Chico State University, graduated, and never left! She decided that this was the perfect town to raise a family and build her Real Estate career. She has been a Realtor with Coldwell Banker/DuFour Realty for 28 years. She specializes in residential listings and sales and has a strong background and experience with income properties and college housing.
