MaryAnn Peterson, Leasing Executive MaryAnn, a licensed North Carolina Broker, joined Hunter & Associates in January 2003. She brings over ten years of commercial leasing experience in community, outlet and specialty shopping centers.
Prior to joining Hunter & Associates, MaryAnn was with Konover Property Trust where she was responsible for leasing sixteen shopping centers, totaling in excess of two million square feet. In 2006, Mary Ann leased over 135,000 SF of retail space in the market. From national tenants to local regional tenants, MaryAnn has had opportunity to work with a wide variety of tenants and execute hundreds of deals. MaryAnn is actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
