Bio
Mary Kate Conan is an Associate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield and focus on the Upstate New York commercial real estate market. As a NY Licensed Appraiser Assistant, she has experience appraising multi-family, single- and multi-tenant retail, light industrial, parking facilities, and commercial vacant land. She interned with C&W’s Syracuse team as an undergraduate student, before joining the team full-time in July 2022. She is currently working towards becoming a NY Certified General Appraiser.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she received her Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Accounting from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Business.
