Mary Farrell, Broker-Associate, GRI, specializes in sales and leasing of residential properties, including condominiums, townhomes and single family homes, seasonal homes, and investment properties. I am a South Florida Native & former paralegal (1989-2001). I focus on neighborhoods throughout Northern and Central Palm Beach County, and Southeast Martin County. Neighborhoods in Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, Jupiter, southeast Stuart are my areas of specialty. I hold a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Barry Int'l University, Miami (1998), earned my Graduate Realtor Institute designation ("GRI") in 2004, and my FL Broker's License in 2011. I am a member of the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches and a previous member of the Jupiter Tequesta Hobe Sound Board of Realtors (2003-2012) and served on their realtor/affiliate, condominium, and international business committees.
