Mary Dimm joined J.C. BAR Properties in 2017, bringing with her more than a decade of in-house marketing experience for small- and medium-sized businesses in Central PA. She is responsible for overseeing all the marketing activities, including marketing plan & sales strategy development in line with the company objectives. Mary’s key role includes creating and executing marketing campaigns; developing a consistent J.C. BAR brand; collaborating with internal teams to ensure proper representation; and generating communication and outreach programs, including social media initiatives.
Mary has a BA in Communications from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA. When she’s not working, she is likely to be spending time with her husband, Mike; their daughter, Rylee; and Tucker, an adopted puppy, who recently joined the ranks. Her family loves the outdoors and can be found in the summer camping and hiking, drinking out of plastic cups, and enjoying the water.
