Mary Powell is the president of the Casilio group of companies, overseeing the corporation’s local and national real estate and construction activities with over 36 years of experience in real estate, land development and construction. She is the founder and president of Construction Services Group of Upstate NY, Inc. and is lead project executive with P.A.T. Construction Management Corp. Mary Beth Powell is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker with Casilio Real Estate & Development Corp.
Mary has been heavily involved in community outreach groups, professional institutions and advisory boards traversing New York State. Currently Mary is a member of the Board Directors for Erie and Niagara Insurance Association, is a Board member of OLV Charities and participates on the Advisory Board for the University at Buffalo Master of Science in Real Estate Development Program.
