Marvin A. Remmich, CCIM, Broker specializing in the sale of office and multifamily properties. Remmich has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate business, securing more than 800 transactions. Remmich’s experience spans real estate brokerage, property management, commercial and residential brokerage. Also, extensive expertise in the foreclosure and short sale process. In addition, Remmich is a member of the Contra Costa, Alameda and San Francisco Associations of Realtors and has served on the Ethics Committee for Contra Costa. Remmich founded RAM Properties, his own Real Estate Company in California and remained committed to his vision to be a leader in his field by providing his clients with dedicated, caring service and fully utilizing technology to maximize results for his clients.
