Marvin Frankel began his real estate career as a multi-family investor in 1998. He is personally involved in the ownership and management of multi-family real estate in San Francisco and the Peninsula. With a passion for real estate, numbers, and bay area location`s he became a real estate agent in 2005 with Pacific Union. Currently, with Paragon he specializes in multi-family market, asset management, and putting together ownership groups. In 2009 he became a licensed contractor to help his investors reposition properties quickly, cost effectively, while maintaining quality of work. With a keen eye and aggressive management skills he is able to pin down the upside in rent controlled properties. Driven by a strong moral code and the ability to negotiate swiftly, fairly and honestly he has been able to help investors locate and purchase premier properties in San Francisco. Born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula he knows the multi-family market intimately and its many nuances.
He holds an Electrical Engineering Degree and MBA from the University of The Pacific. A soccer enthusiast, husband and dedicated father of two children, Asher and Stella Linn. On weekends, Marvin can be found doing construction projects with his son and reading Fancy Nancy to his daughter!
