Marty Lima is Vice President of Customer Relations for City Ventures. Mr. Lima has been in Residential Home Building for over 20 years. His passion today remains as it has been his entire career; providing homeowners a world-class buying experience with a quality built home where they can create new and wonderful memories.
Prior to City Ventures, Mr. Lima worked at ColRich Construction for a combination of 12 years. In his positions of Manager and Director of Customer Service, Mr. Lima worked on many product types including Single-Family Detached Homes, Multi-Family Homes, Mixed-Use Properties, Podium Community, and New Rental Properties all across Southern California.
Mr. Lima was also the VP of Customer Relations and Director of Operations for Pulte Homes in the Southern California Divisions. As Director of Operations, Mr. Lima led the Land and Operations Teams. These Teams expanded building operations into Imperial County, accounting for 41% of the division’s closings. In his first 11-months in Orange County/South Riverside, Mr. Lima vastly improved the division’s Customer Satisfaction scores. Under his leadership the division’s national rankings went from 43rd to 2nd place.
Mr. Lima graduated from National University with two Bachelor’s Degrees; BA in Business Administration and a BS in Hospitality and Casino Management.
