Marty Herrmann is a Vice President with CBRE|Hubbell Commercial. He has been a strong producer in leasing and sales of commercial real estate since 2006. He specializes in office, industrial and investment properties and has brought to CBRE|Hubbell Commercial a wealth of background in lease/purchase negotiations.
Prior to his brokerage career, Marty served as Vice President and CFO of Iowa Paint for 26 years until he assisted with its sale in 2005 to PPG Industries, a Fortune 500 company. Marty was also responsible for negotiating all banking relationships, investment and borrowing needs for the company. With Marty’s extensive operations and financial background, he brings strong business advisory skills to his clients.
