Marty Bautista, a real estate professional since 1996, brings extensive industry knowledge and experience to his clients. In his role as Broker Associate, he leverages his expertise to develop and enhance his client's ability to achieve the best outcome for their real estate sales and purchases. Marty also works with Coldwell Banker's top-producing agents as a Mentor to provide them with the resources and connections they need to succeed in the luxury market.
Marty's career began in the sales industry as a sales manager in the automotive sector with Chevron, Michelin, and Goodyear, following his work with the Marin County Fire Department as a firefighter. Transitioning to the real estate industry seemed like a perfect fit, bringing together his people skills, sales background, and passion for homes. He quickly found success, achieving the "Rookie of the Year" award in his first year in the business. His relentless determination to succeed has earned Marty numerous industry accomplishment awards, including the prestigious Chairman's Circle of Excellence "Top Producer" and Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society and International Sterling Society.
Helping agents grow has become a true passion for Marty. He initiated Dream Team Marin, an intern training program where young people can learn to build professional skills in the real estate industry. The Dream Team Marin was recognized by several CRS instructors, leading to the publication of a workbook that provides step-by-step directions for other real estate professionals to develop their own Dream Team intern training programs. Marty is also a Mentor of the Buffini Peak Producers training program, a 12-week course designed to help agents become top-producing professionals, and he conducts business development seminars where real estate agents can sharpen their skills in conducting open houses, negotiations, presentations, and time management.
A resident of Marin County since 1965, Marty has a deep love for the area. Currently residing in Larkspur, he understands what luxury living is all about. When not focused on real estate, he enjoys all that Marin has to offer and is a great resource for area restaurants and events. In addition to being an automobile enthusiast, wine connoisseur, chef, and world traveler, Marty's passion lies with his local Church, St. Patrick's, and its amazing community. He Mentors a two-year pre-confirmation Spirit Quest Class and also ushers the 8 a.m. Sunday service with his Dad.
