Martinique began selling real estate in 1987 in Truth or Consequences. She moved to Las Cruces in 2001. Martinique was Realtor of the Year in 1996 and President of the Sierra County Board of Realtors for two years. She has the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. She was also a board of director for the Sierra County Chamber of Commerce for two years and Chairman of the Truth or Consequences Fiesta for three years.
