Martin Torpey is a native of Darien Connecticut, Just a short drive fromNew York City. Martin moved to Fort Lauderdale in 1967. Growing up in South Florida and then graduating from high school in 1979. Right out of high school, Martin joined the United States Coast Guard. This is where Martin developed discipline and tenacity to get things done. After discharge from the service, Martin obtain a job at Motorola where he furthered his skills in the corporate world.
