Marty provides real estate brokerage and consultation services to retail and office space users and institutional or private building owners throughout the Colorado Springs region. Marty has a varied background in commercial real estate, including over thirty years experience selling, leasing and financing real estate in multiple markets nationwide including Colorado Springs, CO; Phoenix, AZ; and the Quad Cities, IL.
Marty joined CBRE in 2006, upon the acquisition of Trammell Crow Company. Marty was an active member of TCC’s Colorado Springs office since 2001, specializing in retail and investment properties.
Prior to joining TCC, Marty was a Retail Specialist for Grubb & Ellis/Quantum Commercial Group, where his focus was retail and investment marketing. He was named a Top Producer for 2000. Additional experience includes working as the Managing Partner for H & C Building, located in Moline, IL, where he managed and controlled the acquisition and sale of the company portfolio. Marty has also worked for Balcor Property Management, Inc. as a Real Estate Manager, and Transwestern Commercial Brokerage Company as the Sales Manager. His experience also includes ownership of commercial properties including office buildings, apartments and shopping centers. He has represented many owners and principals in the growth and expansion of their companies and locations.
