As Commercial and Residential Associate in CBRE’s Melbourne, FL office, Martha Scholz pursues commercial sales and leasing opportunities throughout Melbourne and the Space Coast for CBRE.
Ms. Scholz most recently served as Owner/Founder of Golf USA of Melbourne where she was involved in retail sales of golf equipment and fulfillment for online sales.
She has also served as Vice President for External Affairs of the Florida Institute of Technology, and as Associate Vice President, University of Maryland, Baltimore Foundation. She is currently a Board Member of the Executive Women's Golf Association (EWGA) and holds her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) designation.
Ms. Scholz attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, as well as the University of Illinois in Springfield, Illinois where she earned a Master of Science. She has also pursued post-graduate studies at Indiana University/Purdue University.
