Martha Gayle Reid Lynch has 30 years of experience in real property valuation which includes traditional appraisal services for lenders, developers, attorneys, along with condemnation appraising. Martha Gayle has extensive industry and public service experience having served as past president of the Rio Grande Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (serving West Texas and New Mexico), City of El Paso Building and Zoning Committee, CCIM Associate Member and El Paso Junior League, Downtown El Paso Rotary Club, St. Marks Methodist Church Building Committee, and CASA (Court Appoint Special Advocates). She holds the MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute, is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Texas and New Mexico, and is a Texas licensed Real Estate Broker. She is qualified as an expert in real estate valuation in local and district courts. Martha Gayle received a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at El Paso. Martha Gayle is married to Kevin Lynch. They have five children between them, Derek, Danielle, Ryan, Leslie, and John.
