Marnie Noel is President of Noel Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a Milwaukee-centric commercial brokerage & advisory firm. Ms. Noel has more than ten years of hands-on experience in Milwaukee commercial real estate including; leasing, investments, development, asset repositioning, construction management, marketing, property management and operations. Ms. Noel successfully repositioned the historic 350,000 SF CityCenter building by leasing 160,000 SF and generating more than $17 MM of new lease revenue as Compass Properties' Principal Broker. Ms. Noel continued to expand her brokerage experience while focusing on landlord representation as Vice President at JLL. During her tenure, she elevated market exposure of the Two-Fifty property by securing Associated Bank to kick-start leasing after significant capital improvements made by the property owners.
Prior to focusing on commercial real estate, Ms. Noel spent nine years creating and developing an emergency response division of AIG Travel Guard Insurance headquartered in Stevens Point, WI. Responding to life threatening medical emergencies on a daily basis and overseeing operations worldwide taught her to be responsive and organized. In most cases, this experience translates nicely to her real estate career and provides a competitive advantage.
