Responsible for providing commercial brokerage, transaction and advisory services for both public and private clients. He also provides financial modeling and feasibility studies in the form of in-depth reports and project overviews to determine the capital necessary to achieve the expected return on investments. Mr. King creates positive economic impacts through the development, acquisition and repositioning of commercial real estate.
