As Senior General Manager, Marlies Hansen is responsible for all operational and management responsibilities of Corporate 500 in Deerfield, Illinois. Most recently, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations for the Kemper Lakes Business Center, a 1.1 million square foot Class A corporate campus. Throughout her career, Marlies has managed diverse portfolios that included a combination of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the Midwest. She places a high priority on enhancing the value of the assets through strategic improvements, proactive maintenance, and cost efficiencies. Marlies was also part of a Bank of America OREO due diligence team participating in the post foreclosure review, restructuring, and disposition of a master-planned, 2,650 acre mega-development consisting of single-family homes, duplexes, town houses, and apartments. Marlies brings extensive experience in commercial real estate management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University, a Certified Property Manager designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management and a State of Illinois Real Estate Broker License #475.152859.
