Marlhy Patino started exploring Real Estate in 2022 and joined Taillefer Commercial Group last May as a Commercial Real Estate agent; she is in charge of evaluating the commercial real estate market, advertising, promoting, listing, and matching prospective buyers with sellers in the state of GA.
Before joining Taillefer Commercial Group, Marlhy was General Manager at K & Z Broadcasting. She successfully positioned "Vida Atlanta" as GA's most popular Hispanic radio station in the first year on-air. She accomplished this by building an empathetic medium for the Hispanic community. She stressed on the importance of providing reliable on-air information and creating value for the Hispanic community in the form of educational opportunities, health fairs, strengthening family values and supporting non-profit organizations. She also helped promote popular Hispanic artists and their concerts like (put here the names)
Additionally, since 2005, Marlhy has acted as the CFO for Blue Point Entertainment. Blue Point Entertainment connects promoters with Latino artists and organizes concerts, conferences, and sporting events.
Marlhy holds a BA in International Trade. She speaks Spanish and English, and when she is not working hard, she enjoys helping others, being around animals and nature, exercising, enjoying the simple thighs/moments in life, and being a mom.
