Mark G. Zussman is a real estate veteran serving the Tri-State Region and is a member of CBRE’s Capital Markets group. Mark’s advanced real estate skills allow him to help clients make better investment decisions, acquire high quality assets, and maximize potential. He finds value utilizing fundamentals, creativity, negotiation, and experience. Mark specializes in investment sales, leasing, and capital market transactions. At CBRE, Mark is client focused to satisfy the needs of both landlords and tenants. Mark represents both landlords and tenants in various capacities and enjoys working on institutional real estate and complex assignments. Transaction experience includes office, industrial, retail, air rights, land, finance, and alternative assets throughout the Tri-State Region and beyond.
Mr. Zussman’s comprehensive professional background within the real estate brokerage and financial services sectors span over 20 years and in multiple, integral roles. Mark spent 12 years at Unicredit – HypoVereinsbank (Unicredit-HVB), where he was a Director - Portfolio Manager/Trader for CMBS and ABS portfolios totaling $2.5 billion with an annual trade volume of $1 to $2 billion. His ability to predict trends, achieve consistent profits and perform heavy credit analysis made Mr. Zussman a valuable asset and leader in the company.
Before Unicredit-HVB, Mark was a Team Leader/Vice President at Chase Manhattan Bank, opening a fully operational regional office. Leading a six-person team that analyzed and offered valuations on a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of $10 billion. Additionally, Mr. Zussman participated in portfolio analysis and strategy development.
