Mark Zuffo has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including leasing, acquisition, property management, asset management, development management, project management, and P3 contract negotiations. He presently is with the Presidio Trust involved with the development and leasing of over 2 million square feet of historic commercial space within the Presidio of San Francisco. He served as Vice President with Brookwood Group from 2011 - 2014, focusing on assisting universities and city governments with their strategic planning, leasing, development, and other real estate needs. From 2000 to 2011, Mark served in a variety of positions with the University of California, San Francisco, including being a Director for UCSF Real Estate Services managing leasing, acquisition, and disposition of real property, development of new campus buildings through public and private partnerships and asset management services for over 1.2 million square feet of leased office, retail, industrial, laboratory, clinical, research, educational and residential space. Beginning in 2008, Mark lead the P3 team through negotiations for the $200M, 237k square foot Neuroscience Building at UCSF’s Mission Bay Campus in San Francisco. He was also the lead in negotiations for site acquisition/assemblage for the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay.
