Mark Wimberly came to Houston in 1978 to join Cullen/Frost Bankers in the commercial banking industry. After a successful 12-year tenure, he began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1990. Focusing primarily on development and site selection, Mark has been involved in transactions having a total value in excess of $100,000,000.00.
Among the many clients he has represented are: Insignia Hospitality Group, Home Depot, Park N’ Fly, Inc., Westin Hotels, Kelley’s Restaurants, Marriott Hotels, Benchmark Development Corporation, Jaztek Master Builders (Canada), The Fred & Mabel R. Parks Foundation, Humble I.S.D., Hydrocarbon Trading & Transport, the Union Baptist Foundation and Jack R. Lee Interests, Inc.

Mark is a 1979 graduate of Texas Tech University with a business degree in accounting and finance. He has lived in Kingwood for 33 years with his wife of 39 years, Brenda. He is involved in many civic and governmental organizations throughout the greater Houston region.
