Mark is a licensed real estate agent who made his first purchase for a personal business in 1992. Since then he has personally accumulated over $1m in buying & selling properties and business’ with over 20 residential homes currently rented to long time tenants. Mark has extensive education and training in creative financing, which has allowed him to negotiate over $30 Million in sales just in the last several years. Mark is able to serve both past and new clients with creative ways to buy and sell in all areas of real estate including Residential, Commercial, Land, Auctions, Investment and Leasing properties. Mark is a CCIM designee, as well as being awarded the Wichita Area Association of Realtors Masters award in 2005,2006,2007,2014 and the WAAR Presidents Club Award in 2008,2011,2012,& 2013. In their free time, they and their two teenage children enjoy escaping to anything water for fly fishing & relaxation.
