I was born and raised in Ft. Pierce Florida and I have loved every second of my life here. My father was born and raised in Wilmington Delaware and was offered a job as sales manager here with Hoyt C. Murphy Inc. Realtors in 1957. In 1979 I assisted him with his appraisal work, which was extensive. Much of my time spent with him was representing owners of property with condemnation work when I-95 came through Ft. Pierce. I received my license in 1981 and have been serving the Treasure Coast ever since. I have either sold or appraised about every type of Real Estate including, commercial, agricultural, industrial as well as residential. I have testified in trials as an expert witness and I am anxious to put my experience and expertise to work for you.
