Bio
Mark Stefan is a co-founder and President of City Center Realty Partners, LLC (CCRP) and has been actively involved in the acquisition, development and management of urban real estate nationwide for more than 30 years. Mark focuses on the acquisition and development of more than $1 billion in commercial real estate throughout the country while also overseeing the operation and management of CCRP.
Prior to forming CCRP, Mark was Senior Vice President of City Center Retail Trust, working to grow that company to an asset base of $650 million. He was responsible for all development, acquisition and operations for the company’s West coast region.
Mark is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business where he received an MBA in Business and a BA in Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Belden Club.
