Mark has over thirty years of experience in economic development including leading community, regional and utility organizations. He is the President of the Marion Economic Development Corporation (MEDCO) in Marion Iowa, developing and implementing strategies to grow the economic vitality of the community.
Seckman holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and represents Iowa as a board member of the MidAmerica Economic Development Council, which is a 13-state economic development organization.
