Bio
A native of Durham, Mr. O'Neal graduated from Wittenberg University with a degree in Economics and an an MBA degree from Wake Forest University. He received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors in 1991. Mr. O'Neal has served as president of the Durham-Chapel Hill Commercial Listing Service as well as President of the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Service.
He has been a broker and developer with Pickett-Sprouse Real Estate since 1992. He is presently on the Boards of the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce and the Eno River Association and serves on the Orange County Economic Development Commission.
Mr. O'Neal has historically concentrated on residential development and commercial brokerage in the Hillsborough and I-85 corridor.
