Mark’s 35 plus years of experience has made him a valuable resource for some of the top retailers and shopping center owners in the U.S., where his practice has extended beyond local and regional trade areas to include much of the nation.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mark served as Executive Vice President of, first, Staubach Retail, then SRS Real Estate Partners. His focus was on advising regional and national retail users and developers of real estate. His accomplishments include the entry of 19 In-N-Out Burgers into the Dallas/Fort Worth market as well as assisting Wachovia Bank with their entry into DFW with close to 100 new financial centers in a four-year period.
