Mark McConahay joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in 1991. With over 30 years of experience, Mark has been involved in all facets of the commercial real estate business. While at Block and Co., Mark has primarily focused on retail, restaurant, and hotel property, as well as tenant representation. He has represented national, regional and local retailers with site selection. Other responsibilities have included representing commercial real estate owners and developers to sell and/or lease space and identify and analyze income-producing property for purchase. Mark’s clients include Best Buy, Home Depot, Hallmark, Glimcher, Blockbuster, Kimberly-Clark, MOD Pizza, Perkins, Tharaldson Hotel Company, Government Service Administration, Hunt Midwest, Popeye's, Arby’s, Holiday Inn, Steak N Shake, Marriott and many others. Mark is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. He is a member of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, International Counsel of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors and various Chambers of Commerce. Mark resides in Leawood with his wife Kathy and sons Thomas and David.
