Mark, with 23 years of experience, has carved a niche in the sales and leasing of warehouse, industrial, R&D, and investment properties in the Bay Area. His client roster includes institutional owners, developers, and corporate tenants in distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, and R&D sectors.
Having begun his commercial real estate journey in 1994 at BT Commercial (now Cushman Wakefield), where he earned recognition as a partner and multiple-time 'Dealmaker of the Year,' Mark transitioned to Colliers International in 2008. This move provided him with a robust platform to cater more effectively to his clients' local and wider market needs. Over his career, he has successfully closed over 1200 transactions, surpassing a total value of $3 billion.

A competitive golfer since his days on the Cal Golf team from 1989-1994, he continues to participate in regional and national golf tournaments, boasting ten-time Club Champion status at Claremont Country Club in Oakland. Mark also dedicates time to give back to the sport he loves by supporting and serving on the board of The First Tee for the East Bay, aiding underprivileged kids through golf.
