Mark Leonard is a Principal and Senior Vice President of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, specializing in office leasing and sales in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.
A 28-year commercial real estate industry veteran, Mr. Leonard has established himself as a trusted advisor to tenants, landlords, investors and owner-users seeking a personalized approach to their real estate requirements. Mr. Leonard’s local market expertise, unwavering client focus and problem solving skills have helped him to successfully transact approximately 1.5 million square feet of sales and leases with a value of approximately $500 million over the past five years.
Mr. Leonard was honored as “Top Broker” in 2009, and has ranked among Lee’s Top 10 Producers and named to the President’s Circle of Excellence in 2016, 2015, 2014, 2012, 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007 and 2006. In 2013, Mr. Leonard was invited to speak at the Bisnow “Future of the Valley” conference in recognition of his standing and knowledge of the San Fernando Valley office market.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates he served as Senior Vice President with CB Richard Ellis. He began his commercial real estate career in 1987 and earlier served at Charles Dunn Co. and Cushman & Wakefield.
