As President of RIPCO, Mark Kaplan oversees all day-to-day activities and is responsible for growth of the brokerage and management businesses, implementing new initiatives and establishing additional service lines.
Prior to joining RIPCO, Mr. Kaplan was a Principal of Kabro Associates, a privately-held real estate development and management company. Before joining Kabro, Mark was a large-loan CMBS originator at Credit Suisse.
Mr. Kaplan is a co-founder of the Long Island Real Estate Group’s (LIREG) Next Generation Division and is an Executive Board Member. Mark earned his JD with honors from Columbia Law School where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and graduated with honors from Tulane University with a BSM in Finance. Mr. Kaplan is a licensed real estate broker and member of the New York State Bar Association.
