Works directly with our Client partners, providing expertise in shopping center tenant mix and marketing initiatives, tenant expansion strategies, market and trade area analyses, site selection, and new unit development alternatives.
Mark has personally completed over 2000 lease transactions as an individual contributor or team leader. He has worked on over a dozen retailer acquisitions and has experience with single-tenant and multi-tenant freestanding buildings; leasing in-line shopping centers, outlet centers, and mall spaces; as well as downtown central business district storefronts. With his background in corporate real estate leasing and development, construction, facilities management, lease administration, and mergers & acquisitions, he brings a well-rounded base of knowledge to our clients.
