Mark Helm has been in the real estate industry since 1985. He has received awards for Top Selling Agent, Top Listing Agent, Agent of the Year and Super Agent (for consistent multi-million dollar volume), and more. In December 1999, Mark purchased RE/MAX 100, Inc. and joined forces with Harold Helm, the largest auction service provider in the market, to provide Louisville?s best full service real estate company. RE/MAX 100, Inc. offers residential, commercial, auction, and property management services with a level of expertise in each area un-paralleled in this market. All Mark's experience, hard work, and education has culminated with the purchase of RE/MAX 100. Mark has also co-founded Q-II Holdings, LLC, a development company which has to date been involved with over $22,000,000 worth of development projects since 1996. Mark also is actively involved and past president of the most creative group of real estate professionals in Louisville - The Kentucky Real Estate Exchangors.
