Mark Hearn graduated from the University of California at Davis, B.A. Economics. He has been investing in real estate since 1988 with single family homes to small apartments. He is President of Hearn Quality Appraisal, Inc, a medium sized appraisal firm in Long Beach. He was Chief Appraiser for Home Savings and Loan and a wholesale review appraiser for Washington Mutual Bank. He has worked for Marcus & Millichap in their Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Sales office in Newport Beach. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser and Licensed Salesperson.
