Mark Harrigan is an associate in Calgary’s Industrial Sales and Leasing division. Mark is focused on tenant and listing representation and has earned the trust and respect of the many tenants and landlords he represents. Recently, Mark has been highly successful in the marketing and leasing of small to medium sized industrial bays for larger institutional landlords.
Mark led Cushman & Wakefield’s Calgary Research group for two years prior to joining the Sales and Leasing team gaining extensive market knowledge and expertise that he can apply with clients and on projects.
Mark Harrigan is a Senior Associate with a focus in Calgary's Industrial Sales and Leasing markets, bringing a decade of experience to Cypress Real Estate Group. Mark is focused on tenant and listing representation and has earned the trust and respect of the many tenants, landlords and developers he works with.
Mark has recently represented corporate clients that include Canadian Blood Services, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, Crane Canada, The MI Group, Foothills Creamery, Great Western Containers and Kyle Shewfelt Gymnastics. Mark has also listed properties or worked with landlords and developers that include CREIT, PBA Land Development, WAM Development Group, Morguard Investments and GMW Properties.
Mark is a LEED Accredited Professional with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Design.
