Mark has been the exclusive tenant representative for a number of regional and local law firms, accounting firms, insurance companies and other professional firms that have leased over 2 million sq ft in South Florida. In addition, Mark has represented a number of publicly traded pharmaceutical companies in the region, that have leased over 1 million sq ft for office, warehouse, laboratory, and manufacturing uses.
Mark Goldstein has extensive experience as a court-appointed receiver. He has partnered with specialized management, accounting and leasing teams to stabilize and maintain properties, and develop and implement exit strategies during pending litigation.
Before obtaining his real estate brokerage license, Mark practiced law full time for 10 years, including 5 years as an attorney with the law firm of Holland and Knight, where he had an extensive commercial real estate practice representing tenants, landlords, developers and financial institutions. He continues to maintain his law license.
