SIGNIFICANT ASSIGNMENTS
Mr. Einbund’s experience include Goodwill Industries of Southern California, he has been a key player in formulating long-range real estate strategic plans for specific trade areas by researching, assisting, recommending and negotiating commercial real estate deals to meet the organization's expansion initiatives for new stores, donation centers and other locations within Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside counties, in accordance with the agency's strategic plan and selection guidelines. He successfully completed over 55 transactions involving new store openings, store expansion/renovation projects and existing leases and sale lease back transactions. Mr. Einbund has also developed multi-market transactions with other retailers including Vans, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Lifestyle Outdoors, Los Angeles Mattress Stores, Patioworld and The Futon Shop.
