Mark Dzulynsky joined SVN | Blackstream in 2019 as an Associate Advisor. Mark focuses on land sales for industrial, residential and multifamily projects.
Prior to joining SVN | Blackstream, he was involved with various overseas projects one of which was the reconstruction of the US Embassy in Kiev, Ukraine. He has more than 25 years of entrepreneurship to include a dozen companies in different industries. He’s worked with Fortune 500 companies, government dignitaries, city officials and CEO’s on 5 continents in countries like India, Ukraine, Peru, Turkey and Hong Kong.

Mark has spent most of his life overseas – traveling, meeting, learning, negotiating, selling and buying. He arrived to Greenville in order to build and develop Greenville MSA into a world-class destination. What Mark loves most about Greenville is the people – their friendliness, openness, uniqueness and warm-heartedness. He hopes that they never change! Mark’s hobbies include Olympic weightlifting, technology, reading and cooking. His goal in life: to be 1% better today than yesterday.
