Bio
In 1998, Mark Campbell formed Southwestern Investment Group, Inc. as a spin-off from an oil and gas company in order to diversify its holdings. The company changed its name to Southwestern Property Corp., originally to develop grocery-anchored shopping centers and residential neighborhoods. Opportunities expanded to mineral mining sites, self-storage facilities, and multi-family communities, including value-add and opportunity zone projects.
