He has extensive experience and has been involved in hundreds of transactions that have included: 1031 Exchanges Sales involving Trusts
Prop 60 and Prop 90 tax transfers, Partnerships &LLP and LLC, Rental property and non-owner occupied also Move-up, downsize, lifestyle change, retirement, first home, etc. He utilizes the latest technology to stay in touch with clients before, during, and after the transaction. He responds (usually in less than an hour) to voicemail, email, texts and he answers the phone when it rings too. Over 1000 sales in Silicon Valley since he was originally licensed in 1985 including single family, condominium, townhouse, duplex, multi-family, and land. The smallest home he’s sold was 500 square feet and the largest was over 7000 square feet.
He is considered an expert in both the California Association of Realtors and PRDS purchase contracts and supported documents. He has served as President of PRDS (the contracts and documents subsidiary of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors) for 11 years and on their Board of Directors and Standard Forms Committee for more than 15 years. He has served 3 years on the California Association of Realtors Standard Forms Committee.
His commitment to the community is important as well. He currently serves on two Independent Citizen’s Oversight Committees to oversee School Bonds for Fremont Union High School District and Cupertino Union School District. Together; these two committees oversee $700M in upgrades and improvements to our local schools. He has served as Chair for both these committees.
He created the ‘Realtors Support 'CEEF' (Cupertino Educational Endowment Fund) and ‘Realtors Support Sunnyvale Schools’ and ‘Realtors Support Santa Clara Schools’ programs designed to enable agents to donate $250 per transaction to these school foundations. He was awarded Alumnus of the Year for Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose for 20 years of work dedicated to providing book scholarships for students on financial aid. He is a recipient of the Fremont Union High School District Friend of Education award for 20 years of support and service. Each year he presents the SilVAR Scholarship Award at Lynbrook High School. He was a member of Cupertino Rotary for 24 years, Director for the Cupertino Chamber of Commerce for 13 years, has graduated from Leadership Cupertino, been President of the Silicon Valley Realtors and Homeowner’s Political Action Committee (trustee for 20 years), and twice been the recipient of the SilVAR Most Charitable Realtor Award chosen from 4000+ members once each year.
