Mark is a Partner in our Leasing & Development team.
With specialist insight in London Midtown and the South Bank via our JV, Union Street Partners, Mark advises landlord clients on office disposals across Central London. Armed with his on the ground knowledge of market trends, Mark is able to advise his clients on the right decisions to best place their properties in the market.
Recent letting success includes circa 100,000 sq ft at 120 Holborn to a variety of tenants, 40,000 sq ft at Holborn Gate and 30,000 sq ft at Victoria House, Bloomsbury. In addition, Mark works closely with and provides advice to a wide range of clients including Legal & General, Hermes, KCL and The Duchy of Lancaster.
Beyond work Mark enjoys golf and the occasional game of five a side football. Whilst his playing days are now over he continues a lifelong love of cricket and rugby supporting his old club Old Tiffinians and attending Internationals at Twickenham when time with his young family permits.
