C. Mark Ambard, is the Principal Broker/President of Ambard & Company Real Estate a commercial real estate leasing, sales and consulting firm established in 1994. Prior to that he spent 10 years as an industrial and investment sales agent and Associate Vice President with one of Hawaii’s leading corporate commercial real estate firms. Mr. Ambard has been actively practicing real estate sales and brokerage in Hawaii for the past 27 years.
Recently, Mr. Ambard brought the Waipio Business Center Warehouse Condominium project to market and closed 26 unit sales in 2008. Current projects include leasing at the Stadium Mall and the Waikele Bunkers as well as consultation to corporate and private clients on maximizing value of assets in the current real estate market.
Mark has cultivated a deep background in Hawaii industrial leasing, project leasing, sales, project sales and development. This has afforded him the opportunity to speak as the Industrial; property specialist for the past 15 years as a panelist for the CCIM/BOMA and Hawaii Developers Council annual Real Estate Forecasts. He is also a Foreclosure Commissioner in the First Circuit Court and an expert witness in commercial real estate and leasehold ownership arbitration cases as well as issues before the State and Federal Courts.
Currently, Mark is doing general leasing and sales of multiple client properties.
